Important steps to note
You commit the FULL 7 DAYS of healthy plant-based diet including breakfasts, lunches, dinners and snacks. We'll give you ideas for breakfasts and snacks along the way and answer any questions.
BLOOD TEST
The blood tests can be done at 3 locations:
(1) Gribbles Pathology, 2nd Floor, Wisma Tecna, 18A, Jalan 51A/223, 46100 PJ (Map)
(2) Pantai Bangsar, 2nd Floor, Block A, West Wing, Pantai Hospital KL, 8, Jalan Bukit Pantai, Bangsar, 59100 KL (Map)
(3) Pantai Ampang, LG Floor, Pantai Hospital Ampang, Medical Office Block (MOB), Jalan Perubatan 1, Pandan Indah, 55100 KL (Map)

Dates for 1st blood test: 25 - 30 (morning) Oct
Dates for 2nd blood test: 5 - 6 (morning) Nov
Choose the location and date for your two blood tests:

Please note that you need to fast for 8 hours before the blood tests. So, we advise you to take it in the morning.
