The RM890 fee covers:
All lunches and dinners for 14 days
Daily deliveries to your home or office
2 blood tests (before and after)
Online medical advice and support during the 14 days
Opening and closing sessions, including personal consultation with doctor

This program is sponsored by volunteers, including our partner doctors, nutritionists, and chefs, who believe in the social mission of improving Malaysians' health through nutrition. We are only charging you on a cost recovery basis, and the challenge is a non-profit program.
Important steps to note
You commit the FULL 14 DAYS of healthy plant-based diet including breakfasts, lunches, dinners and snacks. We'll give you ideas for breakfasts and snacks along the way and answer any questions.
The blood tests can be done at Gribbles Pathology, 2nd Floor, Wisma Tecna, 18A, Jalan 51A/223, 46100 PJ (Map)

Please note that you need to fast for 8 hours before the blood tests. So, we advise you to take it in the morning.
