Important steps to note
You commit the FULL 14 DAYS of healthy plant-based diet including breakfasts, lunches, dinners and snacks. We'll give you ideas for breakfasts and snacks along the way and answer any questions.
BLOOD TEST
The blood tests (Gribbles code DPS3C) include:
1. Full blood examination
2. Renal function test
3. Liver function test
4. Fasting blood sugar
5. Lipid studies
6. Urine feme
7. HbA1c

2 blood tests are included. 1st blood test to be done before 10 January, and the 2nd blood test to be done on 22 or 23 January. Please choose one of the below 3 options for the blood tests:​
(1) Damai Services Hospital, Mezinine Floor, 115 - 119, Jalan Ipoh 51200 KL (Map)
(2) Gribbles Pathology, 2nd Floor, Wisma Tecna, 18A, Jalan 51A/223, 46100 PJ (Map)

Dates for 1st blood test: 5 - 9 (morning) January
Dates for 2nd blood test: 22 - 23 (morning) January

Please note that you need to fast for 8 hours before the blood tests. So, we advise you to take it in the morning.
