TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Please read the below terms and conditions (″Terms and Conditions″) carefully before using PB Health and GlucoSmart website (″Website″) operated by Plant Based Health Alliance Sdn. Bhd. By accessing to and ordering via the Website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
1. Placing an Order
You may order products and services available at the Website, and we will do our best to make deliveries to the specified addresses you entered. Orders must be received by us before the specified cut-off time for that given product which will be shown with the product. You shall review your order carefully before placing it, we shall not be responsible for any failure to do so or any changes after the order is made.
We may however, in our sole discretion, choose to not process or to cancel your orders in certain circumstances. This may occur, for example, when the meal packages or products you wish to order is no longer available, out of coverage for delivery, or in other unforeseen circumstances such as operational outages. We will not charge you in these cases or refund the charges for orders that we do not process or cancel.
2. Product and Service Descriptions
While we try our best to provide accurate description of the products and services offered on the Website, we do not provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, completeness, reliability or suitability of the information and materials found or offered on the Website. The pictures shown on the Website are for illustration purpose only. It is your responsibility to evaluate the accuracy, completeness and usefulness of all information and materials found or offered on the Website generally.
3. Delivery and Shipping
Please refer to our delivery information on respective product pages on the Website for the delivery area covered. We engage third party service provider to ensure delivery of the order within our time slot. Whilst we aim to ensure the service level of such third party service provider, we are not able to warrant their conduct or behavior and shall not be held responsible for any omissions or misconduct caused by such third party service provider.
We will try our best to ensure product(s) are packed properly to prevent damage of product(s) and the packaging, with indication that items are fragile. We have no control of how shipment will be handled.
We do not deliver to P.O boxes.
We will deliver the product(s) ordered by you to the delivery address you give us at the time you place your order through our staff or a third-party delivery service provider. Kindly ensure that full and correct address is provided. Orders with incomplete/incorrect information may result in delayed delivery and losing item. If you have instructed us/third-party provider to leave your parcel outside the door or at the concourse or security house, any missing delivery under such circumstances shall be at your own risk. You agree and accept that we are entitled, at our option, to charge you additional costs or cancel your order in the event of your failure to accept delivery for whatever reason.
Should the order be unable to be delivered to you successfully after 2 attempts (or any stipulated number of attempts by the appointed logistics provider) or you do not pick up your order at a nearby location as stated by the courier, the order may be forfeited and no refund will be given to the amount spend on the order.
All risks in the product(s) shall pass to you upon delivery but we shall retain title in the products until full payment has been received. From the time when risk passes to you, we will not be liable for any loss or damage to the product(s).
4. Price and Payment
All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise stated. The prices are correct as shown on the Website and are inclusive of applicable tax. We reserve the right to review the prices from time to time. Payment can be made online via bank transfer, credit cards or e-wallet.
Orders are considered final as soon as they are placed, and modification/cancellation is generally not permitted. However, we do make exceptions on a case-by-case basis and please inform us at least 2 days before the delivery commencement. In the event of cancellation, we may on our sole discretion refund fully or partially to your bank account.
5. Refund, Return & Exchange
We strictly do not allow refunds, returns or exchanges for:
Change of decision/mind/interest
Errors you have made in the order you have confirmed
It is the responsibility of customers who purchased our products to check the quantity and quality of your order upon receiving products from our third-party logistics provider. Discrepancies should be reported within 5 working days from the date of delivery.
We will only allow refunds for:
Failure of our third-party logistics partner to fulfil the order
Order is not delivered as per scheduled delivery date
Incorrect order quantity
There are missing items in the order
We will only allow exchanges for:
Wrong product(s) delivered
Kindly drop us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org or WhatsApp +60 11 1227 1588 and attach clear snapshots of the copy of invoice and all product(s) received. We will arrange a courier to retrieve the order at your convenient date & time after we have verified your case.
Note: You will be required to return the product(s) in the same condition as delivered to you. We will not accept returned product(s) that show any signs of open package, usage or damage.
Delivery of defective product(s)
Product(s) received is of unsatisfactory quality / has a manufacturing defect

Note: You will be required to return the product(s) by depositing the defective product to our retail store . We will not accept returned goods that are almost empty. If you are unable to return the goods (empty or already thrown out), no product exchange will be rendered.
6. Use of Information
You authorize us to use, store or otherwise process your personal information in order to provide the delivery of the order to you and for marketing and credit control purposes (″Purpose″). The Purpose may include the disclosure of your personal information to selected third parties from time to time where we believe that the services offered by such third parties may be of interest to you or where this is required by law or in order to provide the delivery of the order to you.
