What is PB14 Challenge?
PB14 Challenge is a clean eating challenge that aims to introduce evidence-backed healthy and delicious plant-based meals to address Non Communicable Diseases (NCD) such as hypertension, diabetes, hyperlipidemia, and overweight & obesity among doctors and healthcare workers through a 14-day health challenge, and help them address these issues and optimize their health.
How does PB14 Challenge work?

Daily lunch and dinner are delivered to participants for 14 days.

Breakfast guidelines are provided so participants can prepare for themselves.

There is a consultation session with a doctor after the PB14 challenge.

Participants can communicate with the doctors and the organizer at any time through WhatsApp.

Blood tests will be conducted before and after the challenge to measure the effects of eating clean.

Who is PB14 Challenge for?
PB14 Challenge is open to any healthcare professionals residing in the KL / PJ / Subang / Puchong areas who would like to experience the amazing benefits of plant-based nutrition.

Participation is limited to 7 people and a selection process by our medical team will follow once application is made. Once selected, more details will be provided.
​
The current program is not suitable for physically & mentally challenged individuals, pregnant women and those with food allergies to nuts, soya, etc.
How much is the program?
This program is sponsored by MMAF and individual volunteers who believe in the social mission of improving health in Malaysia.
